• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders $50+ via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

4.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We’re not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most unopened products within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The following are non-returnable for hygiene reasons:

• Opened bath & shower products
• Bath Bombs & Shower Steamers
• Bubble Bath & Soaks
• Shower Gel & Body Wash
• Opened Self-Tanning products (unless defective)

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for return authorization (RMA number)
3. Ship items to our LA address in original packaging
4. Refunds process within 5 business days after we receive your return

5.3 Refund Details

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• International refunds may take 10-15 business days to appear
