- Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our luxury skincare products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you’re not delighted with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used bath & shower products
- Bath Bombs & Shower Steamers
- Bubble Bath & Soaks
- Shower Gel & Body Wash
- Self-Tanning & Bronzing products (unless defective)
All skincare products must be in their original, unopened condition with seals intact for return eligibility.

Refund Information
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement items.

Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange any unopened product for a different item of equal value. If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.
