Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used bath & shower products, including Bath Bombs & Shower Steamers, Bubble Bath & Soaks, and Shower Gel & Body Wash. All skincare products must be in their original, unopened condition with seals intact.

Our Easy Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our Beauty Care Team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Use our template below for quick processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number (required for processing).
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement items.
  • International Returns: Refunds may take 10-15 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing time.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange any unopened product for a different item of equal value. If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.

Note: Due to product regulations, we cannot accept returns of Self-Tanning & Bronzing products unless defective or damaged during shipping. Please inspect these items immediately upon arrival.
